We begin the day gathered in the studio with tea, coffee, and a slow welcome.
A guided floral creative session unfolds — time to work with seasonal blooms, create with your hands, and ease into conversation.
12:45 – 13:45 | Journey to the Flower Fields (Lisse)
We travel together toward the fields — a gentle transition from studio to landscape.
14:00 – 14:30 | Picnic-Style Lunch
A relaxed, seasonal lunch shared outdoors
14:30 – 16:00 | Time in the Fields
Space to wander, photograph, observe, and simply enjoy being immersed in the beauty of the season.
16:00 – 17:00 | Return to Utrecht & Closing
We drive back together, ending the day gently — carrying home what we’ve created and experienced.

Hoog Catharijne P1 – a large underground car park beneath Hoog Catharijne. Very central and within walking distance of Catharijnesteeg.
ParkBee – several garages available in Utrecht, often cheaper than street parking, with the option to reserve in advance.
Rates: approx. €7.80 for 1 hour up to €15.70 for 2 hours in this zone.
Be aware: on-street parking can be limited and busy during peak hours.

The entrance is located in the alley directly off Lange Nieuwstraat / Hamburgerstraat. Look for the alley to the left of the church at the end of Hamburgerstraat – this is Catharijnesteeg.
By public transport: take bus line 2 from Utrecht Central Station and get off at the stop “Catharijneconvent.”

These general terms and conditions apply to every agreement relating to Blooming Day and any other experiences organised by XiXi Floral Botanical.
Before registering, please read these carefully. By completing your booking, you confirm that you agree to these terms and conditions.

1. Applicability
1.1 These terms apply to all offers, registrations, and agreements relating to Blooming Day and other experiences organised by XiXi Floral Botanical.
1.2 An agreement is concluded once full payment has been received via the website or agreed payment method.
2. Registration & Participation
2.1 Blooming Day is held subject to a minimum number of participants.
2.2 Participation is confirmed only after full payment has been received.
2.3 Registrations are processed in order of receipt.
2.4 Blooming Day has a limited number of spots (minimum 4 participants, maximum as stated on the website). Once fully booked, registration closes automatically.
2.5 By registering, you agree to these general terms and conditions.
3. Cancellation by the Participant
3.1 Cancellations must be submitted in writing via email.
3.2 Cancellation policy:
- Up to 45 days before the event: 25% of the participation fee is non-refundable.
- Between 45 and 21 days before the event: 50% of the participation fee is non-refundable.
- Less than 21 days before the event: 100% of the participation fee is non-refundable.
- No refunds are issued for no-shows.
3.3 You may transfer your spot to another person if you are unable to attend. Please notify us in advance with the new participant’s details.
3.4 It is not possible to reschedule your booking to another date.
4. Cancellation or Changes by XiXi Floral Botanical
4.1 XiXi Floral Botanical reserves the right to cancel Blooming Day in the event of insufficient registrations. Participants will be notified at least 7 days in advance and will receive a full refund of the participation fee.
4.2 In case of force majeure (including illness, extreme weather conditions, or unforeseen circumstances), XiXi Floral Botanical reserves the right to reschedule or cancel the experience. In such cases, participants will be offered either a rescheduled date or a refund of the participation fee.
4.3 As Blooming Day includes outdoor elements and seasonal locations, the program may be adjusted due to weather or blooming conditions. Adjustments do not entitle participants to a refund.
5. Travel & Insurance
5.1 Participants are responsible for arranging their own personal travel and (if applicable) accommodation.
5.2 Participants are strongly advised to obtain appropriate travel insurance and/or cancellation insurance to cover unforeseen circumstances.
5.3 XiXi Floral Botanical is not responsible for travel disruptions, delays, cancellations, or personal travel arrangements.
6. Liability
6.1 Participation in Blooming Day is entirely at the participant’s own risk.
6.2 XiXi Floral Botanical accepts no liability for personal injury, loss, theft, or damage to personal property during the experience, including during transport, outdoor visits, or workshop activities.
6.3 Participants are responsible for their own physical condition and suitability to participate in activities involving light walking, standing, and outdoor environments.
6.4 Materials used during creative sessions may stain clothing or personal belongings. Participants are advised to dress appropriately. XiXi Floral Botanical is not liable for damaged or soiled items.
7. Conduct
7.1 XiXi Floral Botanical reserves the right to refuse participation or remove any participant whose behaviour disrupts the experience or affects the safety or well-being of others. In such cases, no refund will be issued.
8. Complaints
8.1 If you have a complaint, please contact XiXi Floral Botanical via email. We will make every effort to address and resolve the matter appropriately.
8.2 Filing a complaint does not suspend any payment obligations.
9. Final Provisions
9.1 XiXi Floral Botanical reserves the right to modify prices, program content, or structure where necessary.
9.2 Dutch law applies to all agreements.
