Studio XiXi is easily accessible by public transport and is just a 10-minute walk from Utrecht Central Station.
If you prefer to come by car, please keep in mind that parking in the city centre can be expensive and limited.
A good option is to park at Parking Vaartse Rijn, which allows you to avoid driving into the busy city centre and is also more affordable. From there, it’s about a 15-minute walk to the studio.
This circle only works if everyone shows up for it. By joining, you're committing to all 12 circles across the year — in person where you can, online for the odd exception. Eight women means every seat matters, including yours.
Terms & Conditions — Bloom | Mastermind

1. What You're Booking
Bloom | Mastermind is a year-long program run by XiXi Floral & Botanical, limited to a small group of up to 8 participants. It includes monthly in-person circles, the inclusions described on our website, and runs for a full 12-month cycle from your start date.
2. Price & Payment
- Full year: €294 (incl. BTW)
- Monthly plan: €28/month (incl. BTW) for 12 months
Choosing the monthly plan is a payment method for the same 12-month commitment, not a month-to-month subscription — see Section 4.
3. Application & Acceptance
Places in the Mastermind are limited and reviewed as applications come in. Submitting an application or joining the waitlist does not guarantee a seat. We will confirm your place before payment is taken (or before your first payment is charged, if paying monthly).
4. Commitment & Leaving Early
Bloom Mastermind is a full-year commitment, and pricing is set on that basis.
- All payments are final. We do not offer refunds, whether you pay in full or monthly, and whether you leave early or complete the year.
- If you choose the monthly plan and later decide not to continue, you remain responsible for the remaining monthly payments for the year you committed to — the monthly option is a way to spread the cost, not a way to leave early without payment.
- If your circumstances change and you can no longer attend, you may transfer your remaining place to someone else. You're welcome to:
- find someone suitable yourself, or
- contact us, and we will do our best to offer your place to someone on the waitlist.
- Any transfer is subject to the incoming participant's acceptance into the group and does not change the payment terms above.
5. Attendance & Conduct
Bloom Mastermind depends on consistent participation and mutual trust. By joining, you agree to:
- attend sessions consistently and communicate in advance if you cannot
- treat conversations, business details, and personal reflections shared by other members as confidential
- engage with honesty, care, and respect for the group
We reserve the right to ask a participant to leave the group if this is not upheld, without refund, in cases of serious or repeated breach.
6. Group Composition
We curate the group to keep the circle small, aligned, and safe for honest conversation. We reserve the right to decline or revoke a place if we believe it is not the right fit for the group, at our discretion, with any payment already made handled per Section 4.
7. What's Included
Inclusions (in-person sessions, Table Talks tickets, toolkit materials, mini photoshoot, community group, etc.) are as described on our website at the time of booking. We may adjust minor inclusions season to season but will not materially reduce the value of the program without informing participants.
8. Photography
We take photos during Mastermind sessions — including the mini product photoshoot included in your membership — for use on our website, social media, and marketing materials, in addition to the photos taken specifically for you. If you'd prefer certain photos not be used publicly, let us know and we will respect that.
9. Liability
XiXi Floral & Botanical is not liable for any indirect loss, damage, or personal injury arising from participation in the Mastermind, except where caused by our negligence. Business decisions made as a result of participation remain your own responsibility — Bloom Mastermind is a peer and reflection space, not professional financial, legal, or business advice.
10. Data & Privacy
Your details are processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy. Anything shared within the private community group or in-person sessions is treated as confidential among members and will not be shared outside the group without consent.
12. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Netherlands. Any disputes will be submitted to the competent court in Utrecht, the Netherlands.
