1. Applicability
These terms apply to all bookings for Make Time — Creative Gatherings organised by XiXi Floral Botanical. By purchasing a pass, participants agree to these terms and conditions. A booking is confirmed once payment has been received and confirmation has been provided.
2. Bookings and Participation
Make Time is a relaxed creative gathering where participants bring their own projects and enjoy creative time in a welcoming studio. These gatherings are not formal classes or instructional workshops.
Sessions take place weekly over an eight-week period. Dates, times and location are indicated at the time of booking.

Places are limited to 10 participants per gathering. Full payment is required to secure a place.
Participants must bring their own creative projects, materials, tools and equipment. Tea, coffee and homemade cake are included. Each participant must have their own valid booking.
3. Passes and Missed Sessions
Passes are valid only for the series and dates indicated at the time of booking. Participants are responsible for checking the dates before purchasing.
If a participant misses a session, it will ordinarily count as used and will not be refunded or automatically rescheduled. Unused sessions must be used within the relevant series unless otherwise agreed in writing or required by law.
4. Cancellation and Transfer by Participants
Cancellation requests must be submitted by email to xixifloralprints@gmail.com.
Cancellations made less than 14 days before the first scheduled session are non-refundable, subject to any applicable statutory consumer rights.
In the event of cancellation, a participant may request to transfer their booking to another person. Transfers require prior approval from XiXi Floral Botanical, and the replacement participant must agree to these terms.
Individual missed sessions cannot ordinarily be refunded, exchanged or rescheduled.
For cancellations made 14 days or more before the first session, please contact XiXi Floral Botanical by email to discuss the applicable cancellation policy.
Nothing in these terms excludes any cancellation, withdrawal or refund rights that cannot legally be excluded under Dutch law.
5. Changes or Cancellation by XiXi Floral Botanical
XiXi Floral Botanical reserves the right to cancel or reschedule a session due to illness, unforeseen circumstances or other reasonable causes.
Participants will be informed as soon as reasonably possible. If a session is cancelled by XiXi Floral Botanical, a replacement date or appropriate alternative will be offered. If no replacement can be provided, an appropriate refund or other solution will be offered in accordance with applicable law.
If the location changes, participants will be informed in advance. Any alternative location will be in Utrecht or reasonably close to the originally advertised location.
6. Payment
All prices are in euros and include VAT where applicable. Full payment is required at the time of booking unless otherwise agreed. A place is confirmed once payment has been received and the booking acknowledged.
Passes are personal to the purchaser unless a transfer has been approved under Section 4.
7. Participant Responsibilities
Make Time provides a shared space for independent creative activities, relaxation and social connection. No formal instruction or specific creative outcome is guaranteed.
Participants are responsible for their own projects, materials, tools and equipment and must use them safely. This includes taking care when using paints, inks, adhesives, scissors, needles and other potentially hazardous materials.
Participants are expected to respect others, their belongings and personal boundaries, and to help maintain a calm, safe and welcoming environment.
8. Liability and Insurance
Participants take part in the gatherings at their own responsibility and are responsible for their personal belongings, materials, equipment and safe use of tools.
XiXi Floral Botanical accepts no responsibility for loss of or damage to personal belongings, creative projects or equipment, except where liability cannot lawfully be excluded.
Participants are encouraged to arrange their own appropriate personal liability, accident and belongings insurance and to check that their cover is adequate for their activities and belongings.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, XiXi Floral Botanical excludes liability for injury, loss or damage arising from participation. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability where such exclusion or limitation is prohibited by Dutch law.
9. Complaints
Questions, concerns or complaints should be sent to xixifloralprints@gmail.com. XiXi Floral Botanical will make reasonable efforts to address complaints fairly and promptly. These terms do not affect participants' statutory rights.
10. Other Provisions
Participants are responsible for their own travel, parking and public transport costs.
XiXi Floral Botanical reserves the right to refuse or discontinue participation where a participant's behaviour seriously disrupts the gathering, compromises safety or makes others feel unsafe. Any refund for unused sessions will be handled in accordance with applicable law.
XiXi Floral Botanical may update future offerings, schedules and prices. Changes will not affect existing bookings unless agreed with participants or required by law.
If any provision of these terms is found invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue to apply to the extent permitted by law.
These terms are governed by the laws of the Netherlands, subject to applicable mandatory consumer protections.
