Seats are limited to keep it real — up to 10 women, once the table's full, you'll wait for the next one.

Studio XiXi, Catharijnesteeg 6 UtrechtStudio XiXi is easily accessible by public transport and is just a 10-minute walk from Utrecht Central Station.
If you prefer to come by car, please keep in mind that parking in the city centre can be expensive and limited.
A good option is to park at Parking Vaartse Rijn, which allows you to avoid driving into the busy city centre and is also more affordable. From there, it’s about a 15-minute walk to the studio.
We’ve received many questions about pricing, and we’d love to share a little more context.
Bloom gatherings are created to be inclusive and welcoming to women in business at different stages of their journey. To support this, we offer flexible pricing options.

This system is based on trust and honesty. Please choose the option that best reflects where you are right now. There are limited numbers in each category.

1. What You're Booking
Bloom | Table Talks is a single gathering hosted by XiXi Floral & Botanical, limited to a curated group of up to 10 women. Booking a ticket reserves your seat for the specific date you select at checkout.
2. Price & Payment
The price of your ticket is shown at checkout at the time of booking. Full payment is required to confirm your seat. Prices are listed in EUR and include applicable VAT (BTW) unless stated otherwise.
3. Cancellations, No-Shows & Transfers
- All ticket sales are final. We do not offer refunds, including in the case of no-shows or late cancellation.
- If you are unable to attend, you may transfer your seat to someone else. You're welcome to:
- find a replacement yourself, or
- contact us, and we will do our best to offer your seat to someone on the waitlist.
- Transfers must be requested at least 48 hours before the event so we can update the guest list. Please note we cannot guarantee a replacement will be found in time.
4. Changes to the Event
We reserve the right to change the date, time, or venue of an event if circumstances require it, and will notify booked guests as soon as possible by email. If we cancel an event entirely, you will receive a full refund or, if you prefer, priority booking for a future date.
5. Conduct
Table Talks is built on honest, respectful conversation. We ask all guests to:
- treat each other with kindness and confidentiality — what's shared at the table stays at the table
- refrain from selling, pitching, or soliciting other guests
- arrive on time out of respect for the group
We reserve the right to decline entry or ask a guest to leave if this is not respected, without refund.
7. Photography
We may take photos during Table Talks for use on our website, social media, and marketing materials. If you would prefer not to be photographed, please let us know when you arrive and we will make sure you're excluded from any shots.
8. Liability
XiXi Floral & Botanical is not liable for any indirect loss, damage, or personal injury arising from attendance at Table Talks, except where caused by our negligence. Attendance is at your own risk.
9. Data & Privacy
Your booking details are processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy. We will not share your contact details with other guests without your consent.
10. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Netherlands. Any disputes will be submitted to the competent court in Utrecht, the Netherlands.
