Terms & Conditions – XiXi Floral Botanical
Please read these Terms & Conditions carefully before registering for a workshop. By booking a workshop, you agree to the terms outlined below.

1. Applicability
1.1
These Terms & Conditions apply to all workshop bookings and agreements made with XiXi Floral Botanical.
1.2
A booking is confirmed once full payment has been received through the XiXi Floral Botanical webshop.
2. Registration
2.1
All workshops are subject to a minimum number of registrations.
2.2
XiXi Floral Botanical reserves the right to change the workshop location if necessary.
2.3
After registration, you will receive a confirmation email. Registrations are processed in the order they are received.
2.4
Workshop spaces are limited (typically 8–12 participants). Once a workshop is full, registration will automatically close.
2.5
If a workshop is fully booked, you may join the waiting list by emailing us. Please include:

2.6
By registering for a workshop, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.
3. Cancellation by the Participant
3.1
All cancellations must be made by email.
3.2 Cancellation Fees

More than 30 days before the workshop: 25% of the workshop fee will be charged.

Between 30 and 14 days before the workshop: 50% of the workshop fee will be charged.

Less than 14 days before the workshop: 100% of the workshop fee will be charged.

No refunds will be given for non-attendance.
3.3
If you are unable to attend, you may transfer your place to someone else. Please notify us of the change in advance.
3.4
Workshop bookings cannot be transferred to another workshop date.
4. Cancellation or Rescheduling by XiXi Floral Botanical
4.1
XiXi Floral Botanical reserves the right to cancel a workshop if there are insufficient registrations. Participants will be notified at least 7 days before the workshop date.
4.2
Workshop dates may be changed up to 14 days before the scheduled date. Participants will be offered a place on the new date at no additional cost.
4.3
If a workshop is cancelled due to illness of the facilitator, participants may choose:

A minimum of 6–8 participants is required for a workshop to proceed. If this minimum is not reached, the workshop may be cancelled.
5. Payment
5.1
Your place is secured only after full payment has been received.
6. Complaints
6.1
If you have a complaint, please contact XiXi Floral Botanical. We will do our best to resolve the matter promptly and fairly.
6.2
Submitting a complaint does not remove the obligation to pay any outstanding fees.
7. Liability
7.1
Participation in workshops is at your own risk. XiXi Floral Botanical accepts no liability for personal injury, loss, theft, or damage to personal belongings.
7.2
Workshop materials may stain clothing or personal items. XiXi Floral Botanical cannot be held responsible for any damage or staining. Participants are advised to wear suitable clothing, especially when working with paint or natural materials.
8. Additional Information
8.1
XiXi Floral Botanical reserves the right to change workshop content and pricing at any time.
8.2
Any parking fees, travel expenses, or public transport costs are the responsibility of the participant.
8.3
XiXi Floral Botanical reserves the right to refuse entry to, or remove, any participant whose behaviour disrupts the workshop. In such cases, no refund will be given.
